Cancellation Policy

Once a deposit has been made there will be a $10 credit card processing fee on all refunds. Once final payment has been made there is no refund In lieu of forfeiting their fare, the guest can instead elect to use the amount already paid as credit for a future ride within the next 365 days. It is your responsibility to notify Orlando Magical Rides by email or by the emergency contact number provided to you on your reminder text 2 days prior to your ride of any discrepancies in your reservation.
  • Hotel Pick Up (Late) Policy
Due to us having a full schedule on a daily basis, it is expected that your entire party is ready for your hotel pick up at the time scheduled. Any delays in your entire party meeting your driver can risk them being late to their next guest, and creates a domino effect for the rest of the day. We ask that your entire party, along with all luggage, is ready to depart at the scheduled time on your reservation. We will allow a 5 minute grace period beyond the scheduled time. If your entire party is not there to meet your driver at that time, we reserve the right to send your driver to their next ride and your fare will be forfeited with no refund. In the event your driver does has availability in their schedule to wait (at the discretion of the dispatcher), there is a $15 charge per 15 minutes with a maximum of 30 minutes.
  • Airport Pick Up (Late) Policy
Please deplane and make your way to baggage claim in a timely manner. We do allow time for restroom breaks and stroller pick ups. You should meet your driver at baggage claim no more than 45 minutes after your flight lands. If you believe you will need longer than that, it is your responsibility to let us know in advance so we can schedule your driver later. If you are delayed beyond 45 minutes from your reserved time slot, there will be an additional fee of $20 per 30 minutes added to your reservation. We do track flights to best serve you. Should your flight arrive early, we will try in good faith to get a vehicle dispatched to your location to accommodate the earlier arrival. If that is not possible, we will keep your original scheduled time. .
  • Flight Delays (Arrivals into Orlando Airport)
If your flight changes (same day) or is unfortunately delayed, it is your responsibility to immediately notify us via text or call at the number provided in your Reservation Reminder text 2 days prior to your ride and/or email us at [email protected] We will do whatever we can to try and accommodate your delayed flight, but that will not always be possible depending on the other rides already committed to that day at or around that time. If your arriving flight was changed to a later time and we cannot accommodate you, we will request that you keep your original time as we are still able to get you at the airport at the time we originally committed to. If your arrival is delayed and ends up falling between our late night/early morning hours of 10pm to 7am (EST), the $25 late night/early morning fee will automatically be applied to your reservation.
  • Flight Changes or Delays (Departing from Orlando Airport)
If your flight changes prior to your scheduled ride, it is your responsibility to immediately notify us via text or call at the number provided in your Reservation Reminder text 2 days prior to your ride. You can also email us at [email protected] but the number is reserved for emergencies (such as flight delays). We will do whatever we can to try and accommodate your new flight time, but that will not always be possible depending on the other rides already committed to that day at or around that time. If your departing flight was changed to a later time and we cannot accommodate picking you up, we will request that you keep your original time as we are still able to get you to the airport at the time we originally committed to.
  • Meeting Your Driver (Airport)
If you do not see or hear from our driver by the time you get to baggage claim, you MUST call/text us immediately so we can locate the driver for you. DO NOT depart the airport if you are unable to find the driver. You will be charged full 1-way fare if you fail to notify us that you departed the airport without one of our drivers.
  • Missing Luggage (Airport)
We understand the frustration that comes with an airline losing your luggage. We will do our best to accommodate you during that stressful time while you work with the Lost Baggage Office at the airport. If time becomes excessive, we reserve the right to charge you a wait time at $15 per every 15 minutes as well as additional airport parking
  • International Flights
To avoid confusion, after coming out of customs, please follow all signs for Ground Transportation. This applies to Terminals A,B,and C at MCO. Ground Transportation is on level 1. Please only head there after you have gone through customs and have all of your belongings. For all international guests, our team and drivers will communicate with you through WhatsApp

  • How early can I book?
You can submit your ride request at any time on our website, orlandomagicalrides.com.
  • When do you approve pending reservations?
We start approving reservations on the first of every month for the current month plus the next two months. The schedule is gone through day by day, and in the order the requests were submitted.
  • Are prices one way and does the price include gratuity?
Yes, our prices are one way. Prices are per vehicle and not per person. Our prices do not reflect gratuity for your driver. They work hard to make sure you are picked up on time, luggage is loaded, and you arrive safely at your destination. Please remember to show them your appreciation
  • What is customary for gratuity?
18-20% is standard and customary
  • When is payment due?
A deposit of $30 per reservation is automatically processed at time of confirmation. Final payment will be automatically processed 2 days prior to date of travel

  • How do I find my driver?
When you land, you will have a text from your driver, so please make sure your phone is on and off airplane mode. If you are an international guest, your driver will communicate to you through WhatsApp so please make sure you have that downloaded on your phone prior to travel. Please respond to the text from your driver so they are aware you are in communication with them. You must communicate with your driver. They will not proceed into the terminal until they hear from you. Your driver will meet you at your flight’s baggage claim carousel complimentary. Proceed to baggage claim and your driver will advise you where they will meet you. Do not go outside the airport. You will be met inside. We do offer an upgraded “Meet and Greet” package where your driver will proceed to the bottom of the escalator at MCO that leads into baggage claim level and meet you there and personally escort you to your flight’s baggage claim carousel
  • How quickly do I need to meet my driver once I am off the plane?
You should meet your driver in baggage claim no more than 45 minutes after your flight lands. If you feel that you will need longer than that, please let us know in advance so we can schedule your driver to arrive later. We believe, through experience, that 45 minutes gives you ample time to deplane, make a restroom stop, and take the terminal tram to the main terminal at MCO and take the short walk from tram to escalator down to baggage claim. If you are delayed meeting your driver within that 45 minute window, there will be an additional fee of $15 per every 30 minutes added to your reservation
  • What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flights to best serve you. If you know in advance that your flight is delayed, please send us a message at [email protected]. We will adjust and make arrangements to pick you up. If your new flight delay pushes your flight to land after 10pm, our late night hours fee of $25 will automatically be added to your reservation and charged to card on file
  • What happens if my flight lands early?
We plan for your driver to arrive at the airport at your flight’s original landing time. If we see your flight will land early, we will make every effort to adjust our schedule and have a driver there for you. If we are unable to have a driver rescheduled to arrive earlier than expected, you may have a short wait time for a driver to get to you OR your original reservation pick up time will still be honored.
  • Hotel Pick Up
Hotel pick ups will happen in front of the main lobby of your resort. We ask that your entire party is in the vehicle and ready to depart from your resort at your scheduled time. We will allow a 5 minute grace period beyond your scheduled pick up time at hotels. If your entire party is not there to meet your driver, we reserve the right to charge $15 for each 15 minute increment after your scheduled pick up time, up to 30 minutes. If your entire party is not ready for pick up 30 minutes after your scheduled time, your driver will be sent to their next ride and your fare will be forfeited.
  • Do we have car seats?
Yes! We take child safety very seriously. We offer Contender Slim convertible car seats that can be either rear facing or forward facing. Our boosters are backless seats. Our guests are responsible for verifying the proper installation on our child seats. Our drivers are trained in child seat safety, but Orlando Magical Rides gives the responsibility for the guest to ensure the seat is installed correctly and their child is properly buckled up. Florida State Law states any child 5 years old and younger must be in the appropriate child safety seat. The driver will not proceed with your ride and has the right to refuse service if all children 5 and under are not in the child safety seat and remain there during the duration of your ride.
  • Cleaning fees
Additional fees apply to any excessive mess in the vehicle that requires detailed cleaning before that vehicle is sent to meet their next guest. This includes any bodily fluid and/or vomit
  • Lost and Found
For items lost or left behind in our vehicles, if found, can be shipped to you for a fee of $25 plus shipping
