Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • How far in Advance can I book *****  We confirm reservations at the beginning of the month for that month plus the following 2 months.  If you purchase your airline tickets farther in advance you may put in a request once your tickets are purchased.
  •  How do I make payment *****When you set up an account you will add a credit card to your profile.  Once your reservation is approved a deposit of $30 will be processed.  Two days before your trip final payment is due.   If you wish to add a tip on your credit card just send a pm to Diana Omr on fb and we will include that.
  •  Is gratuity included ***** Gratuity is not included and can be paid directly to the driver by cash or their personal venmo.  15-20% gratuity is customary
  • What forms of payment *** Credit card  Venmo   Cash
  • Do you have car seats ***** We car seats and boosters.  We also rent strollers.
  • What is the maximum amount of people in one vehicle ***** The SUV will hold 7 passengers with 5 suitcases, the transit van will hold 11.  
  • Where do we meet you***** We will contact you when you land with your driver's name and contact information.  You will proceed to baggage claim area and your driver will be waiting at the bottom of the escalater.  If they will not be meeting you there they will advise you to go to level one where the rental cars are and they will come inside to pick you up.
  • Can we make a stop for groceries***** You can place a grocery pickup order and we can stop on the way or you can do a 20 minute stop to run inside.  Both are an additional fee.  It is very important for our schedule and the consideration of other passengers waiting for their ride to make this stop within the 20 minutes allotted.  A longer stop could delay another family and their pickup time and incur additional charges. .  
  • What are your hours***** We provide service around the clock.  There is an additional fee for rides between 10:00pm and 7:00am
  • What if I have a flight delay***** We monitor flights and adjust accordingly.  Flight delays, although out of your control and ours, might result in a slight delay in your pickup as we have to keep all passengers as closely on schedule as possible.
  • How long before my flight should I schedule pickup***** We suggest 3 hours before your flight 
  • What if I must cancel my trip***** Canceling up to 48 hours before your trip the deposit is refunded.  Canceling within 48 hours the deposit is non refundable.
